Aim: the purpose of this two day seminar is to take stock of the current energy situation in the countries of Central and East Europe; to identify the issues that currently dominate the research and policy agenda; and to identify areas for future possible research collaboration. The seminar will bring together researchers from the UK, EU and ECE to share current research and explore areas of potential cooperation.
